Prawn and mixed vegetables in Thai style batter, crisp fried and served with plum sauce

Pork spare ribs marinated in honey and spices then charcoal grilled.

6 Gaeng phed
A coconut flavoured mild red curry with bamboo shoot, vegetables and thai herbs.

7 panaeng
Chicken or Beef in a medium hot panage curry, flavoured with lime leaves, coconut milk and red chilli paste.

8 gai pad prig haeng
Chicken stir fried with cashew nuts and sun dried chilli skins. The skins can be eaten or left to the side dependant on how you like to have your meal.

9 pad nam man hoi
A simple stir fried beef or chicken with fresh vegetables and flavoured with oyster sauce

10 pud preow wan gai
Chicken and vegetables in a sauce very similar to Chinese sweet and sour with the addition of local Thai spices and chilli or two. This dish comes with rice
